jeez man it has been a long time since ive done anything on this website. why? im tired and trying to do school properly. currently im attending utah state university and its great, but actually no its not and i dont really like utah. so i decided to reapply to purdue and see if i can go there. unfortunately that means im going to have to find housing which i imagine will be a struggle.
in other news, my guitar came it, its super nice and i really like it but ill tell you that guitar and bass are totally different beasts. i still much prefer playing bass to playing guitar because dang that thing is hard. but i figure if i keep going at it eventually ill be good enough that itll be more fun to play. i find it particularly hard to sing and play at the same time, but it really does just come down to practice i think. shout out to uncle stuart of marin music center for making some of the best guitar tutorials ever!
ive been getting back into sketching a bit, thats been super fun. art has always been something i enjoyed but i find it hard to make time for it (similar to how i find it hard to make time to work on nicspace.net). i hope its something i continue with though because drawing used to be something i did all the time. now lifes just a little more real so i dont really have all the time i would like and when i do id rather be sleeping or stressing about homework that i could be doing if i felt more motivated.
something else that i hope to add to the site is a game corner. i would love to document some games that ive been playing and enjoying. namely ocarina of time and mario galaxy 2 (both masterpieces) maybe thats what ill work on next. i have a strange compulsive desire to document about everything i do in my freetime onto my notes app, so transfering that to a more fun website form would be good for me i think.
anyways, i should be getting to bed, i hope to work on the website a bit more but im pretty busy this weekend so who knows when ill get the motivation. hope to be back here soon!
